FELIX architecture released

The FELIX overall architecture was recently released! The detailed description can be found in D 2.2 “FELIX General Architecture and Functional Blocks” report. FELIX assumes a distributed resources management model, where Resource Orchestrators builds an organized management structure, supervising Resource Managers which control specific types of physical resources and restricted to single domain or resources pool. The model main objectives is scalability and ability to implement federated model of resources management. The architecture definition does not limit the choice of technology, tools and APIs, which an intentional decision. Keeping the architecture independent from implementation choices makes it more adoptive and widely applicable
